This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through the No-Knock3x store. Because all products sold are digital in-game goods, refunds are extremely limited.

By purchasing from the No-Knock3x store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold through No-Knock3x are digital items delivered within the Rust Console Edition server. These may include but are not limited to:

  • VIP Kits
  • Item Kits
  • Server Perks
  • Cosmetic Benefits
  • Access-based features

Once a digital item has been delivered, activated, or made accessible in-game, the transaction is considered final.

Because digital goods cannot be returned or revoked in a traditional sense, most purchases are non-refundable.


2. General No Refund Rule

As a general policy, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be provided for any of the following reasons:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Accidental purchases made by the buyer
  • Disliking the purchased kit or perk
  • Not understanding what the product includes
  • Server wipes resetting progression
  • Rust updates changing gameplay
  • Balance changes to kits or perks
  • Temporary server downtime or maintenance
  • Player bans due to rule violations
  • Account loss or compromised accounts

Purchases should be made carefully and with full understanding of what is being purchased.


3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances, including the following:

Undelivered Purchases

If a purchase is completed but the digital product is never delivered, a refund or manual delivery may be issued after verification.

Duplicate Transactions

If a player is accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, the duplicate payment may be refunded.

Payment Processing Errors

If a verified technical error in the payment system results in an invalid charge.

Each case is reviewed individually.


4. Refund Investigation Process

If a refund request is submitted, the following information may be reviewed:

  • Transaction ID
  • Purchase timestamp
  • Delivery logs
  • Server activity records
  • Discord verification (if applicable)

If records confirm the item was successfully delivered or accessed, the refund request will be denied.


5. Server Wipes and Progression Resets

Rust servers frequently experience map wipes, progression resets, and gameplay updates.

These wipes are a normal part of the Rust experience.

Purchases made through No-Knock3x may be affected by wipes. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Map wipes
  • Blueprint wipes
  • Economy resets
  • Server restarts
  • Gameplay balance adjustments

By purchasing from the store, you acknowledge that Rust servers are dynamic environments and changes may occur.


6. Player Bans and Rule Violations

If a player is banned from the No-Knock3x server, whether temporarily or permanently, no refunds will be issued for any purchases.

This includes bans for reasons such as:

  • Cheating or exploiting
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Attempting to bypass server systems
  • Payment fraud
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules.


7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving digital goods is considered abuse of the payment system.

If a chargeback occurs:

  • The player's Rust account may be permanently banned from the server
  • All purchased perks and kits may be revoked
  • Access to the No-Knock3x store may be permanently restricted

If you experience an issue with a purchase, you should contact the No-Knock3x team first before opening a payment dispute.


8. Responsibility of the Buyer

Before making a purchase, buyers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they understand the product being purchased
  • Confirming compatibility with their in-game account
  • Reviewing the store description for each item
  • Ensuring their payment method is authorized

No-Knock3x is not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the user.


9. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, refunds may be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, but typically takes 3–10 business days.

In some situations, a refund may instead be replaced with:

  • Store credit
  • Manual delivery of the missing product
  • Replacement with an equivalent item

10. Abuse of Refund Requests

Repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in:

  • Suspension from the server
  • Store access restrictions
  • Permanent bans

The refund system exists to resolve legitimate issues, not to reverse valid purchases.


11. Policy Changes

No-Knock3x reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational changes, payment provider requirements, or community needs.

Continued use of the store after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
